Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 kiwis
1/2 cup lime juice
Directions:
1. Combine the water and sugar in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Keep stiring in order to create a syrup. Once it comes to a boil remove from heat and allow to cool.
2. Peel and slice the kiwis into quarters. Once sliced, remove white center of each quarter. Than place the remaining kiwi into a blender or food processor for about one minute or until all chunks are gone.
3. After the liquid is smooth, combine with the syrup, lime juice and the remaining 3/4 cup of water. Once all combined put into molds and then place in the freezer where it can chill for up to 6 hours.
